: (1) A worker or employee shall be entitled to 13 days public holiday with full pay every year.
(2) According to sub-rule (1), the labor relations committee shall determine the public holidays that workers or employees are entitled to at the beginning of each year and inform the workers or employees immediately.
(3) Determination of public holidays in relation to tea plantations where there is no labor relations committee shall be determined by the mutual agreement of managers, workers and representatives of employees.
